Jay Adams - President 

Jay Adams possesses over 25 years experience in the Private Debt Field. Prior to founding Alacer Finance, Jay acted as a financing consultant for the proponents of a variety of projects with an emphasis on the renewable energy field. During this time Jay financed hydroelectric plants, wind farms, co-generation facilities as well as corporate refinancing and real estate acquisitions. Although much of this experience has taken place primarily in the United States, Jay's vast inventory of completed projects has enabled him to establish funding contacts throughout North America.

Jay has a degree in Mathematics from Cornell University.

Ed Gamrot - Vice president 

Ed has over 15 years commercial lending experience obtained in a variety of senior positions. The past three years have been spent almost exclusively on the financing of infrastructure projects. Completed transactions include hydroelectric generating stations, long term care facilities, broadband networks and apartment buildings.

A strong believer in giving back to the community Ed sits on the Board of Directors for the CNIB. He has an MBA from the University of Windsor.

Cheryl Rixon - Vice President 

A graduate of the London School of Economics, Cheryl has held several business development roles in her career. Prior to joining Alacer Finance Cheryl worked for a major European bank where she successfully completed a variety of transactions in the energy generation and infrastructure fields.

Peter Grant - Vice President 

Peter has held a variety of credit adjudication roles during his 20 plus years in the financial services industry. Peter has successfully underwritten transactions in a variety of sectors including real estate, infrastructure and corporate refinancings.

Prior to joining Alacer Peter held a senior credit position in an international merchant bank.
